Engine bay cleanup continued…

I thought it was over, I was wrong. The end is here for the major clean up at least though. Today I finished welding in new panels for any thing that still needed it. All that’s left is to sand down some areas where I couldn’t get a machine of some sort in there. All in all I have probably put a good 30-40 hours into this engine bay alone between welding, grinding, welding, grinding… welding… grinding, cutting welding, grinding, flap wheel, cutting out bad metal and replacing it with good new sheet metal, degreasing, pressure washing, scrubbing, more pressure washing… were finally here to the point where I can finally start laying down primer.
